DealJoy AI is a seller farming platform designed specifically for agents who want to streamline their prospecting efforts and generate more leads within their market. DealJoy AI enables agents to identify high-potential homeowners, automate personalised outreach, and secure more listings without the need for costly advertising or manual lead generation.
Build vs Buy
There is a greater sentiment towards buying existing tools vs building solutions completely from scratch. Real estate businesses big and small want to execute AI at speed and finding AI tools that can replace legacy processes and manual entry is the best way to go.
Validate Before Executing
Due to the increase in innovation and competition, companies will need to be more calculated in their approach to AI implementation. Due to the trending high failure rates of new AI implementations in 2025, validating use cases, predicting ROI and solidifying your AI strategy will become essential for success. There will be a shift from scrappy trend chasing to impactful AI rooted in helping human productivity.
Skeptics will be left behind
Companies who choose not to adopt AI will get left behind. As AI enables real estate companies to innovate, upskill and enable their workforce to be more productive, the competitive gap will increase significantly making it almost impossible for non-adopters to compete. The lack of AI savvy employees and burden of dependence on human labour for low level tasks will prevent non-adopters from being competitive.
AI Operating systems will become mainstream
Unified platforms for full data, task and work management will become the norm as teams aim to consolidate siloed apps and tools into a single powerful, integrated platform. Think servicenow for AI. The key question is, which platform will win the race? Will a new player emerge to dominate this space?
There will be a major event
An event that triggers companies to take AI risk and governance seriously, whether this be a big legislation from a key country like the US, UK or China or a major breach or legal event with major consequences which sets a precedent for what not to do.
That’s my take for 2026, what are your predictions? How do you think AI will impact real estate in the coming year?
